iEDGE // Australia
Destination
The Australian National University (ANU), located in the heart of the nation's capital, is renowned as a progressive thought leader and premier intellectual institution. Despite the atheistic environment, many students are open to exploring faith in God and seeking deeper meaning when approached with genuine friendship.
Team
Our team in Canberra is led by an experienced city leader who coordinates various ministries reaching out to workers, defence force personnel, and university students. At the Australian National University, the team includes an American family of five, an Australian staff member, two first-year iEDGE participants, and several enthusiastic volunteer helpers.
Serve
Join a close-knit community of students dedicated to bringing the light of Jesus to those in need. Serve alongside them by connecting with students, praying, building relationships, having fun, and sharing your personal experiences with Jesus. Read the Bible together and trust that God will use your efforts to inspire a new generation of laborers, ready to help others find faith and purpose.
